Bring in your grades, your Schoology calendar and your schedule.
A bookmark reads your grades, categories and assignments from your own Schoology page. Then you paste them here. Use a computer for this part.
- Add the bookmark. Drag this button onto your bookmarks bar. If you can't see the bar, press Ctrl+Shift+B (or ⌘+Shift+B on a Mac).

Copy this code. Then make a new bookmark, name it Sync to Gradeharbor, and paste the code where it asks for the URL.
- Open Schoology, sign in, and click the bookmark. Any Schoology page works.
- Click Copy sync code in the box that pops up, then paste it here.
Bookmark blocked on your school account?
Some schools block bookmarks like this one, or turn off adding bookmarks. Save the page instead. It has the same grades in it.
- In Schoology, open Grades from the top menu.
- Press Ctrl+S (⌘+S on a Mac) and save the page. On a Chromebook it goes to your Downloads folder.

Sync again any time to update. Your goals stay the same.
Add one class at a time. Gradeharbor reads scores like 45 / 50 and category weights like Tests (50%).
- In Schoology, open Grades and click a class to show its grades.
- Select the whole page (Ctrl+A, or ⌘+A on a Mac) and copy it.
- Paste it here, then press Read grades.

- In Schoology, click your name (top right), then Settings.
- Find Share Your Schoology Calendar and click Enable. Copy the link under Use this iCal link.
- Paste the link here and open it. Your browser saves a calendar file (.ics).
- Upload that file.

Upload a calendar file
Google Calendar on a computer: Settings → Import & export → Export. Unzip the download and upload the .ics file. Weekly repeating events become your schedule.
